We welcome adults with cognitive, emotional and physical disabilities, who are 18 years of age or older and not a danger to self or others. Our agency provides a nurturing, safe environment that provides diverse opportunities to acquire basic and advanced work skills and enhance independent functioning and self esteem. The Center is certified by the State of Florida as a provider of Medicaid-Waiver Services.

Participants have a choice of three on-site programs: Developmental Training, Manufacturing Services, and our Plant Nursery. Developmental Training is geared to meet the needs of adults with more extensive cognitive and emotional impairments by offering them intensive training and support. Those in Manufacturing Services receive advanced training in performing a wide variety of sophisticated industrial related work, such as electro-mechanical assembly, packaging, and fulfillment services. Our Plant Nursery provides a tranquil, therapeutic environment in which consumers, under the direction of an experienced and talented staff of horticulturists, learn all aspects of growing and caring for bedding plants. As part of their training, they produce hundreds of thousands of beautiful annuals and perennials each year for wholesale consumption. Regardless of the program, each consumer is compensated for the work he or she performs.

Participants have the opportunity, too, to participate in Supported Employment and to avail themselves of our job placement services.
